Operation,use and maintenance steps of 3D flexible welding platform:
1.In order to prevent the deformation of the 3D flexible welding platform,when hoisting the 3D flexible welding platform,four steel wires with the same length should be used to hang the four lifting holes on the 3D flexible welding platform at the same time,and the 3D flexible welding platform should be hoisted on the transport smoothly.
2.Pad the supporting points of the 3D flexible welding platform evenly,so that the whole 3D flexible welding platform is stable.
3.When installing the 3D flexible welding platform,all supporting points of the 3D flexible welding platform are padded with adjusting pads,and technicians will adjust the 3D flexible welding platform to qualified accuracy.
4.When using the 3D flexible welding platform,handle the workpiece with care.Don't move rough workpieces on the 3D flexible welding platform,so as to avoid bumping and scratching the working face of the 3D flexible welding platform.
5.In order to prevent the overall deformation of the 3D flexible welding platform,the workpiece should be removed from the 3D flexible welding platform after use,so as to avoid the deformation of the 3D flexible welding platform caused by the heavy pressure of the workpiece for a long time.
6.When the 3D flexible welding platform is not in use,the working face should be cleaned in time,then coated with a layer of antirust oil and covered with antirust paper,and the 3D flexible welding platform should be covered with the outer packaging of the 3D flexible welding platform to prevent damage to the working face of the 3D flexible welding platform caused by carelessness.
7.The 3D flexible welding platform should be installed in a ventilated and dry environment,away from heat sources,corrosive gases and corrosive liquids.
8.The 3D flexible welding platform shall be inspected periodically according to the standard,and the verification period may be 6-12 months according to the specific situation.
