Integrating the stability of cast iron base material and the durability of nitriding process, it relies on the standardized D28 hole system design and 3D flexible structure to be widely used in various industrial fields such as mechanical processing, mold manufacturing, and auto parts welding, serving as a core equipment to improve welding precision and efficiency.

The D28 Welding Table is integrally cast with high-strength HT250-HT300 cast iron, and undergoes overall annealing and natural aging treatment to effectively eliminate internal stress and avoid deformation caused by uneven force during welding. The tabletop thickness reaches 24-27mm, and the bottom stiffener design further enhances rigidity, with a load-bearing capacity of up to 2 tons, suitable for welding needs of various medium and large workpieces. The surface is treated with high-temperature nitriding at 500-550℃, with a uniform nitriding layer thickness, making the surface hardness reach HRC58-62. Its wear resistance is 3 times that of traditional welding tables, and it also has excellent rust resistance and welding spatter resistance, maintaining a clean surface and stable precision after long-term use.
