D28 Welding Table

The D28 Welding Table is a high-end tooling equipment suitable for precision welding scenarios. The D28 Welding Table is integrally cast with high-strength HT250-HT300 cast iron, and undergoes overall annealing and natural aging treatment to effectively eliminate internal stress and avoid deformation caused by uneven force during welding. The tabletop thickness reaches 24-27mm, and the bottom stiffener design further enhances rigidity, with a load-bearing capacity of up to 2 tons, suitable for welding needs of various medium and large workpieces. The surface is treated with high-temperature nitriding at 500-550℃, with a uniform nitriding layer thickness, making the surface hardness reach HRC58-62. Its wear resistance is 3 times that of traditional welding tables, and it also has excellent rust resistance and welding spatter resistance, maintaining a clean surface and stable precision after long-term use.

As a 3D flexible welding table, the D28 Welding Table’s core advantage lies in the standardized D28 hole system and multi-working surface design. The tabletop and its four sides are all processed with φ28mm precision drilling holes, and the hole spacing is strictly controlled at 100±0.05mm. The surface is engraved with 100×100mm grid lines, which can be quickly matched with accessories such as quick locking pins and clamping parts to realize stepless positioning of workpieces from 0-90°, adapting to multi-angle welding of complex special-shaped parts. The repeated positioning accuracy reaches ±0.02mm, greatly shortening the tooling setup time.

The D28 Welding Table features strict precision, with a flatness error of ≤0.1mm/1000mm and a working surface roughness of 16μm, ensuring accurate workpiece positioning during welding and reducing welding deviations. At the same time, it supports modular expansion and customized services.
