The sand pressing effect of 3D welding platform directly affects the plane accuracy of gauge block,so to achieve good sand pressing effect of 3D welding platform,pay attention to the following points:
1.When grinding,the 3D welding platform should turn around frequently,and the grinding times of every two flat plates should be equal;

3,the grinding speed should not be too fast,so as not to make the 3D welding platform heat and lead to plate deformation;
4,sand pressing room,marking plate,accessories should be clean;
The surface quality influence of 3D welding platform is mainly manifested in two aspects:
1.The gas content in molten iron is high,which easily leads to blowholes on the surface or under the skin of the casting.The main measures we have taken are to raise the temperature of molten iron and establish an excellent cupola detection system,and the cupola is in a normal state."Standing at high temperature and pouring at low temperature"is the control criterion of pouring to reduce the defects of porosity,shrinkage cavity and sand sticking on the surface of castings.Improve the level of casting technology,and the surface quality of machine tool castings at the entrance and exit is set on various templates,which is convenient for improving labor productivity.
2.The content of impurities in molten iron,especially the content of oxygen reactive iron,is easy to produce slag inclusion or slag porosity on the casting surface;
Before use,use non-corrosive gasoline to clean the anti-rust oil on the bench platform working face and wipe it with degreased cotton yarn before use.Temperature changes will cause errors in measurement and should be used within the range of 20±50C C..Wipe after use,apply anhydrous and acidic antirust oil,cover paper,and store in a clean and dry place.
When in use,use a spirit level to adjust to the level,so that the fulcrums are evenly distributed on all fulcrums.During use,attention should be paid to avoid excessive collision between the workpiece and the working face of the flat plate to prevent damage to the working face of the flat plate;The weight of the workpiece should not exceed the rated load of the flat plate,otherwise the working quality will be reduced,the structure of the flat plate may be damaged,and even the flat plate may be deformed and damaged,making it unusable.
