Inspection process of 3D welding platform：

1.On the two opposite sides of the 3D welding platform,there should be installation handles or lifting position settings,threaded holes or cylindrical holes.

2.Box type,ribbed plate type or other structural types are adopted in the production design of 3D welding platform.

3.3D welding platform after verification meets the standard requirements,should be accompanied by a product certificate;

4.When using autocollimator for verification,the instrument and the 3D welding platform are not on the same rigid body.Instrument support is particularly important.

5.From the whole inspection process of the 3D welding platform,the flat plate itself is the measuring base surface,and its placement should be stable.
