3D welding platform is used for all kinds of inspection work,such as datum plane for measurement,inspection and measurement of various machine tools and machinery,inspection of dimensional accuracy and line deviation of parts,and marking.Three-dimensional welding platform is an indispensable product in more than 20 industries such as machine tools,machinery manufacturing and electronic production.
Three-dimensional welding platform is an indispensable workbench for marking,measuring,riveting and tooling technology,and it can also be used as a mechanical test bed and so on.
Processing technology of 3D welding platform:
1.Behind the hole first:For parts such as square box,bracket and connecting rod,the plane should be machined first and then the hole should be machined,so that the hole can be machined by plane positioning,and the position accuracy of the plane and the hole is convenient.
2.Machining datum plane first:In the process of machining parts of 3D welding platform,the surface used as positioning datum should be machined first,so as to provide precise datum for subsequent processes as soon as possible.
3.Division of processing stages:The surfaces with high quality requirements are divided into processing stages,which can generally be divided into three stages:rough machining,semi-finish machining and finish machining,mainly for processing quality,which is conducive to the correct use of equipment and convenient arrangement of heat treatment procedures;And it is convenient to find blank defects.
4,the main surface finishing(such as honing,grinding,fine grinding,etc.),should be carried out in the later stage of the process route,so as to avoid the finishing surface,due to inter-process and installation damage.
