Unlike ordinary welding tables, it integrates advanced material technology, precision machining processes, and modular design, ensuring that every welding operation maintains consistent precision, making it an indispensable tool for industries such as aerospace, precision machinery, automotive parts, and electronic component fabrication.
Material selection is the foundation of its high precision performance. The table body is primarily crafted from HT300 high-strength gray cast iron or QT500 ductile iron, which undergo strict aging treatment—either natural aging for 2-3 years or artificial thermal aging at 600-700℃. This process completely eliminates internal casting stress, preventing dimensional deformation caused by stress release during long-term use and ensuring excellent structural stability. For scenarios requiring enhanced impact resistance, the table edge and key stress-bearing parts are reinforced with Q450 high-quality structural steel, forming a hybrid structure that combines cast iron’s rigidity and steel’s toughness.
Precision machining processes further elevate its accuracy. The working surface undergoes multiple grinding and lapping treatments, with a flatness tolerance controlled within 0.01-0.02mm/m² and a surface roughness of Ra≤0.8μm. The standard grid through-holes on the surface—available in D16 (16mm diameter, 50mm spacing) and D28 (28mm diameter, 100mm spacing) specifications—are machined by high-precision CNC equipment, ensuring consistent hole position accuracy (±0.03mm) and perpendicularity. These holes are unthreaded and slope-free, enabling seamless matching with precision positioning and clamping modules, and supporting multi-dimensional operations on the table’s top and four side surfaces.
Modular accessories are tailored to maintain precision during welding. High-precision positioning components such as V-shaped blocks (precision grade IT3), adjustable angle rulers (accuracy ±0.01°), and precision locating pins (tolerance ±0.005mm) ensure that workpieces are positioned accurately. The clamping tools, including quick pneumatic pressers and manual spiral clamps, feature uniform clamping force design, avoiding workpiece deformation caused by uneven pressure. After each use, promptly remove welding spatter, iron filings, and oil stains using a soft scraper or non-woven cloth; hard metal tools must not be used to avoid scratching the surface. Regular rust prevention is also essential: apply anti-rust oil every 10-15 days in humid environments and monthly in dry areas, and cover with a dust-proof and rust-proof cover when the table is idle for a long time.
