Made of high-quality HT300 cast iron, its main body undergoes strict annealing and natural aging processes, which effectively eliminate internal stress and ensure long-term dimensional stability, even when bearing heavy loads and enduring welding thermal shock.
Flexibility is its standout feature, earning it the reputation of "industrial modular tool for welding". The tabletop is equipped with a multi-surface precision grid hole system, available in Φ16mm or Φ28mm specifications with 50mm/100mm uniform spacing. This design is fully compatible with standardized clamps, support blocks, angle plates and other accessories, enabling rapid 3D positioning and clamping of irregular or complex components. Compared with traditional custom fixtures, it shortens tooling changeover time from hours to 15-30 minutes, perfectly adapting to small-batch and multi-variety production demands.
