What are the installation methods for welding platforms?

Recently,a tool table called a welding platform has been introduced into the manufacturing industry and is very popular.This type of welding platform is usually made of cast iron,with a gray iron content between 200-300%,making it very convenient to use.Today,we'll mainly discuss the installation methods for welding platforms.Only with accurate installation can it be used normally and without errors during operation.

1.Welding Platform Bracket Installation:Gently place the welding platform on the matching bracket and locate the height adjustment bolts on the bracket.Slowly adjust it until it reaches a suitable height for your use.Generally,the normal operating height is around 800mm.The bracket's purpose is to reduce the operator's workload.

2.Welding Platform Shim Installation:To ensure the welding platform works on a flat surface and is not damaged during operation,shim installation is essential.Installing shims is relatively simple.First,place the shims in a suitable position and then fix them to the foundation with bolts.Then,hoist the welding platform to the corresponding position and insert bolts into the bolt holes in the foundation to secure it.

3.Installation of Ground Anchors on Welding Platforms

When installing ground anchors on welding platforms,it is essential to first determine the anchor locations based on the platform's drawings,and then construct the foundation and pre-drilled holes.This way,when installing the anchors,simply locate the pre-drilled holes and insert the anchors into them for secure fixing.Then,adjust the welding platform to the appropriate position.
