How to reduce casting defects of 3D flexible platform?
1,the connection between casting walls should be protected against sharp corners and metal agglomeration,and the transition between thick wall and thin wall should be gradual to prevent sudden changes,so as not to cause hot spots and stress concentration,forming hot cracks and shrinkage porosity;
2,the local thick section of the platform casting should be hollowed out or cast hole structure as far as possible,and properly reinforced with additional ribs;
3.The wall thickness of the casting should be uniform to prevent shrinkage cavity and hot cracking.When determining the sequential solidification conditions,the wall thickness should change in one direction as far as possible,and when determining the simultaneous solidification conditions,the wall thickness should be equal as far as possible.
4,the cast holes on the plane wall of the welded platform casting should be reinforced with convex edges to reduce the wall thickness;
5,the casting structure should be as far as possible so that it can shrink without hindrance when cooling;
6,the 3D flexible platform casting should have good formability,and the small wall thickness of the casting should be controlled not to be lower than the allowable value;
7,casting water,gas and other large areas of sandwich cavity,there should be a number of connecting columns;
8,the platform should try to avoid a large horizontal plane in the casting.
