Key Methods to Prevent Deformation
Choose the right material & thickness
Use high-strength, heat-resistant cast iron or thick steel plates for the table surface.
Increase plate thickness to improve rigidity and resist thermal deformation.
Control welding heat input
Avoid long-time, high-heat concentrated welding on one area.
Use lower current, shorter arc time, and intermittent welding to reduce local overheating.
Adopt reasonable welding sequence

Use step-by-step, segmented welding instead of continuous long passes.
Preheat & slow cooling
