Design Principles and Features of 3D Flexible Welding Platforms
The 3D flexible welding platform successfully applies the modular fixture theory used in metal cutting to the welding field.It is a 3D hole-system modular fixture system developed from traditional T-platforms and slot platforms.Virtually all components are machined metal parts,ensuring product quality and a competitive edge.
Design Principles of the 3D Flexible Welding Platform:
1.Ensure the stability and reliability of workpiece positioning during use;
2.Provide sufficient load-bearing or clamping force to ensure workpiece placement on the fixture;
3.Facilitate simple and rapid operation during clamping;

8.Comply with the safety laws and regulations of the country or region where the fixture is used;
9.The design should prioritize manual,pneumatic,hydraulic,and servo systems in that order;
10.Achieve product serialization and standardization within the company.
