Corresponding solutions to problems of 3D flexible welding platform：

1,the 3D flexible welding platform castings should have good formability,and the small wall thickness of the castings should be controlled not to be lower than the allowable value.

2,there should be several connecting columns in the large-area sandwich cavity such as water channel and gas channel in the casting.

3.The casting holes on the plane wall of the 3D flexible welding platform casting should be reinforced with convex edges to reduce the wall thickness;

4,the local thick section of the platform casting should be hollowed out or cast hole structure as far as possible,and properly reinforced with additional ribs;

5,the connection between casting wall and wall should prevent sharp corners and metal agglomeration,and the transition between thick wall and thin wall should be gradual,so as to prevent sudden changes,so as not to cause hot spots and stress concentration,forming hot cracks and shrinkage porosity;

6,3D flexible welding platform should try to avoid large horizontal plane in the casting;

7,the casting structure should be as far as possible so that it can shrink without hindrance when cooling;

8,the wall thickness of the casting should strive to be uniform,in order to prevent shrinkage cavity and hot cracking.When it is necessary to determine the sequential solidification conditions,it should try to make it have a wall thickness that changes in one direction.When it is necessary to determine the simultaneous solidification conditions,it should try to make it have a section wall thickness.
