Crafted from high-quality materials to ensure durability and stability, the T-Slot Work Platform typically adopts gray cast iron (HT200/HT250) or high-strength aluminum alloy. Gray cast iron models undergo precision casting, stress relief treatment, and precision grinding processes, which effectively eliminate internal stress, prevent deformation, and achieve a flatness tolerance of up to 0.02mm/m. Aluminum alloy platforms, on the other hand, offer the advantages of lightweight, corrosion resistance, and easy portability, making them suitable for lightweight processing and mobile workstations.
