The D16 3D Steel Welding Table is a professional modular fixture designed for precision welding and metal fabrication. It is also known as a 3D flexible welding table, mainly used for positioning and clamping workpieces during welding, suitable for small and medium-sized components such as sheet metal parts and light steel structures. With its standardized design and high adaptability, it is widely applied in modern manufacturing to improve welding efficiency and product consistency.
The core feature of the D16 3D Steel Welding Table is its D16 hole system. The tabletop adopts a 50×50mm precise grid, with through holes of φ16.08±0.02mm diameter and 50±0.02mm spacing. These unthreaded, slope-free holes allow quick installation of clamps, locating pins and other accessories via locking pins, significantly shortening setup time. Additionally, the platform has five working surfaces (one top and four sides), enabling vertical positioning and fully exerting 3D welding performance.
For durability and precision retention, the platform is made of high-strength materials like Q345 steel and HT300 cast iron, ensuring excellent rigidity, load-bearing capacity and wear resistance under high-temperature welding conditions. The tabletop undergoes plasma nitriding treatment, enhancing surface hardness, preventing weld spatter adhesion and improving corrosion resistance to extend service life. Strict quality control ensures high geometric accuracy: flatness tolerance 0.5mm/m², verticality 0.3mm/200mm and parallelism 0.2mm/1000mm, laying a solid foundation for high-quality welding.
