How to distinguish the quality of three-dimensional flexible welding platform?

First, the quality of three-dimensional flexible welding platform is tested by means of fixture and platform installation. The fixture is completely installed on it, with good accuracy and all accessories are consistent. This welding workbench is of good quality.

Second, the user purchases a three-dimensional flexible welding platform. At first, look at the appearance. A good product starts from the details. The welding workbench with no trachoma, good machining accuracy, good finish and well-preserved is a better product.

Third, look at the work of the working face, and use calipers to test. All the holes, diameters and spacing are consistent, which is a quality index.

The surfaces of three-dimensional flexible welding platform and module are specially treated, so that the spatter generated during welding is not easy to stick to their working surfaces. The surface of the positioning and clamping pin is quenched, which makes it difficult to wear and use. The machining accuracy of all modules of the flexible combined fixture is good, and the position error of the positioning hole of the working platform is within ±0.1mm within the range of 2000mm, which can meet the needs of welding processing.

In the process of assembly or welding, the workpiece can be accurately positioned by using the positioning block, the connecting block, the clamp and the supporting block, and the workpiece to be welded can be stably fixed on each positioning point or surface. If the geometric size of the workpiece itself is inaccurate, it can also be detected quickly and removed in the initial machining process. Using CAD and Pro/E design system, the sample can be simulated and assembled simply, and the accurate module size can determine the assembly accuracy. In the structural design of working platform and module, the requirements of rigidity and strength are fully considered. The load capacity of each standard working platform of 2000mm×1000mm can reach ten tons, and the accuracy of repeated positioning and clamping can be determined.
