Application Areas of 3D Flexible Welding Platforms:3D welding platforms are widely used in:steel structures,various automotive body manufacturing,automotive axle welding,bicycle and motorcycle manufacturing,construction machinery,frames and boxes,pressure vessels,robotic welding,sheet metal processing,metal furniture,equipment assembly,industrial pipeline(flange)inspection systems,etc.With this combined welding platform tooling fixture,users in the above industries who repeatedly design tooling can significantly save time and money spent on repetitive tooling design and manufacturing,while also quickly securing orders and generating profits.

The three-dimensional flexible modular worktable consists of a flat surface and four side surfaces.Each surface is composed of a network of holes and milled holes,with hole diameters of 28mm or 16mm and hole spacing of 100*100mm or 50*50mm.The cumulative tolerance of the hole spacing is 0.05mm.This flexible three-dimensional modular tooling system boasts high load-bearing capacity and stable rigidity.Under a concentrated load of approximately 1 ton,its deformation is only 0.553mm,and under a uniformly distributed load,its deformation is only 0.024mm,fully meeting the needs of most welding and assembly processes.All modules are machined with high precision;the center distance tolerance of the positioning holes on the work platform is±0.05mm.This three-dimensional welding platform and three-dimensional flexible modular fixture offers high positioning accuracy.

Labor-saving,time-saving,material-saving,and energy-saving features are reflected in the innovation of various fixture systems.Modular design lays the foundation for computer-aided design and assembly of fixtures.Utilizing CAD technology,component libraries,typical fixture libraries,standard and user archives can be established for fixture optimization design,providing users with three-dimensional solid assembly fixtures.Simulating the cutting process of a tool not only provides users with correct and reasonable fixture and component matching solutions,but also allows for the accumulation of usage experience,understanding of market demands,and continuous improvement and refinement of the fixture system.The versatility of a fixture directly affects its economic efficiency.Modular,combined fixture systems require a relatively large initial investment.Only when the fixture system has strong reconfigurability,reconfigurability,and scalability,a wide range of applications,good versatility,high fixture utilization,and a fast return on investment can it demonstrate good economic efficiency.
