1.Locking Components

Used for positioning and locking between elements.

Including:quick-locking pins,countersunk quick-locking pins,countersunk locking pins,handle quick-locking pins,connecting locking pins,magnetic pins.

2.Clamping Components

Used to clamp workpieces onto the platform or basic elements to prevent displacement during processing.

Including:vertical screw clamps,horizontal screw clamps,45°screw clamps,compensating screw clamps,vertical press-type quick clamps,horizontal push-type quick clamps.

3.Adjustment Components

Used to adjust height differences and gaps between elements and workpieces.

Including:height adjusters,adjusting shims.

4.Supporting Components

Positioned on the platform to achieve the required height for workpieces during machining.

Including:U-shaped square boxes,L-shaped square boxes,supporting angle irons,angle connecting blocks,angle devices.

Classification of Flexible Fixtures

By hole diameter:

Φ28 series(hole pitch:100 mm)

Φ16 series(hole pitch:50 mm)

The platform is marked with corresponding grid lines.

Finishing Accuracy of the Working Surface of 3D Flexible Welding Platforms

The working surfaces of Grade 0 and Grade 1 plates shall be finished by scraping or other processes with equivalent effect.

The working surfaces of Grade 2 and Grade 3 plates may be finished by machining.

Support Area Requirements

Grade 0:support area ratio≥20%

Grade 1:support area ratio≥15%

Grade 2&Grade 3:support area ratio≥10%

Support points shall be uniformly distributed.

The percentage of support area shall not be so high as to cause adhesion or lapping between mating surfaces.
