Measurement of datum profile of 3D welding platform:

1.Plan the datum plane of 3D welding platform.Generally,one side of the parallel plane of 3D welding platform is roughly planed first,and then a plane is roughly planed and finely planed as the installation benchmark.The straightness and flatness of this plane should be controlled within half of the tolerance of parallelism between the two planes.

2.The 3D welding platform can be processed by CNC gantry milling machine.Now many customers require this processing method,but the cost is very high.If there is no requirement for manual scraping to the required accuracy.

3.Align the cast 3D welding platform.Before roughly planing three planes of the 3D welding platform,carefully align the workbench so that the parallelism error between the workbench plane and the working stroke direction is less than half of the parallelism tolerance of the 3D welding platform.The gantry planer planes the 3D welding platform,and a dial indicator can be installed on the tool rest to check the parallelism of the bed guide rail and the beam guide rail to the workbench.If the parallelism exceeds the tolerance,the accuracy of the 3D welding platform should be readjusted.For the shaper,the workbench can be raised to an appropriate working height first,and then a dial indicator is installed on the cutter to check the longitudinal movement of the ram and the parallelism of the transverse guide rail of the beam to the workbench.If the parallelism exceeds the tolerance,the locking screw of the beam should be adjusted to reduce the error.

4.When planing a plane of 3D welding platform,make a plane that has been roughly planed fit the workbench.The 3D welding platform should not be deformed when it is pressed.

The main fulcrum is set for the commonality of the accuracy of the working surface during the processing,verification,inspection and operation of the 3D welding platform,which will overcome the problem that the flatness error value is not common during the verification and operation of the 3D welding platform above 1000mm×750mm at that time.The auxiliary fulcrum refers to the fulcrum added in order to avoid overturning due to load deviation or deformation due to excessive load during the operation of the platform.The supporting force on the auxiliary fulcrum should be less than that on the main fulcrum.The setting of main fulcrum and auxiliary fulcrum of 3D welding platform is an important factor affecting the accuracy and persistence of the platform.
